Australia Domestic orders
Orders $150 or over are free standard delivery.
All domestic orders within Australia are made via Australia Post during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number given to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Standard Shipping 5-7 business days - $5.00
Express Shipping 2-4 business days* - $10.00
Place your order by 2pm (AEDT) on any business day and receive your order in 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
*Orders are dispatched pending credit card authorisation and verification.
International Orders
Free DHL Express shipping for orders $300 and over.
DHL Express Shipping under $300 - flat rate AUD $35.00
Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Additional shipping information
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
